Phil Migliarese Seminar

On 9-3-08 Phil Migliarese taught another great seminar at Komar Jiu-Jitsu. I was unable to train that night due to injury, but the instruction and training was top quality as usual. My man Bruce received his blue belt from Phil, and young Jason received his yellow belt. Congrats to the both of you. On behalf of Cape May County Jiu-Jitsu we are honored to be part of the Team Balance network and have friends like Rich Komar who allows us to train at his school.
